Our online appointment scheduler is available to help you select the most convenient time for your animal care visit. Because of the nature of our services, all appointments requests are not finalized until you have received confirmation from a member of our team.

Depending on where the service is located before your appointment, we may need to adjust your scheduled time slightly to accommodate travel. We will always communicate any anticipated delays with you as quickly as possible.

We do not allow online appointment requests within 48 hours, so if you need to schedule a visit with our team within the next two days please call us directly at 805.757.7455.

Unless our team advises otherwise, Wellness and Sick Care appointments are scheduled for one hour. For information about our Cancellation and No Show policies, please visit our FAQs.

About Our Same Day Emergency Services:

Our emergency services are limited to non life threatening issues that arise during normal business hours.  For urgent, non-emergency concerns we will make every effort to accommodate a visit around our existing schedule.  In the event of an unscheduled emergency we recommend the following local emergency clinics:
