Appointments

Our online appointment scheduler is available to help you select the most convenient time for your animal care visit. Because of the nature of our services, all appointments requests are not finalized until you have received confirmation from a member of our team.

Depending on where the service is located before your appointment, we may need to adjust your scheduled time slightly to accommodate travel. We will always communicate any anticipated delays with you as quickly as possible.​

We do not allow online appointment requests for Herd Health services or for any small animal care requests within 48 hours. If you need to schedule an appointment for small animal care within 48 hours, please call us directly to check availability at 805.757.7455.

 

For all Herd Health services, we request three weeks of advanced notice. Please call us directly to discuss your Herd Health needs.​​

Unless our team advises otherwise, Wellness and Sick Care appointments are scheduled for one hour.

About Our Same Day Emergency Services:

Our emergency services are limited to non life threatening issues that arise during normal business hours, exclusively for existing patients with a current exam on file.  For urgent, non-emergency concerns we will make every effort to accommodate a visit around our existing schedule.  For urgent, non-emergency concerns we will make every effort to accommodate a visit around our existing schedule.  In the event of an unscheduled emergency we recommend the following local emergency clinics:
