Cancellation Policy

Because our schedule is designed to provide the utmost convenience for our patients and their families, adherence to the scheduled appointment time is critical to our success. There is no fee for appointments cancelled before 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. In the event of a last minute appointment cancellation (within 24 hours of the scheduled time), the Appointment Cancellation Fee - equal to the Home Visit Fee - will be applied to your account and added to the invoice for your next appointment. If you are not at the specified appointment location at the appointment time, the No Show Fee - equal to the Home Visit Fee - will be charged to the payment information we have on file, or will be invoiced and emailed to you directly.
